Is it Ofsted-approved?
No — and be wary of anyone who says their app is. Ofsted doesn't approve software. MinderHQ keeps the records the EYFS actually requires (attendance with hours, accidents, medicines, complaints, consents) so you can show them at inspection in seconds.
I'm not techy. Is this for me?
Yes — that's the point. We set the website up for you, and the app is built around two-tap logging while you're doing the job. Your founding-member onboarding is a phone call with a human, not a manual.
What happens to my data if I leave?
You press export and everything comes out — PDFs and spreadsheets of every record, plus your photos. We delete on request. No six-month notice periods, no held-hostage records.
When does it launch?
